This old trucker loved his ride so much, he retired and customized this motorhome on the "new" extended frame. Note the SUV in back ... this was LONG before ToyHaulers. Hope he patented the idea! He spent the Winter by us.

This one has me baffled. I just stood and admired the workmanship of all the wood and appointments inside, this "Old" motorhome which was featured in a Hot-Rod show we attended in Knoxville, TN. Of particular interest is the "Bike Rack" on the back ... the larger size picture will show it to be the ideal way to make side trips from this eye catching beauty!
If you would like to travel light in these times of soaring fuel prices, here is the perfect setup. He came in the office looking for a place to stay, there was no room and he left before we could talk. You have to wonder how they slept!

This bus conversion was at an Escapee Rally, and we came by as he was setting up. It is an unusual design, with the driver sitting very low If you look close, you will see the the driver by his seat in the first photo.
